Experienced Line Cook

We're looking for an experienced line cook to run our very busy sandwich line, help with prep and covering breaks.

Shifts: Tuesday–Saturday, 8 am to close, with some flexibility.
Duties: Setting up the station for lunch service while also fulfilling breakfast orders
Completing orders in a clean and efficient manner
Mixing sauces and deli salads after service
Light knife work to help fill our cold case and to make soups (mire, grain bowls, pasta and potato salads etc)
Executing daily specials as well as our standard menu
Keeping a clean and organized workspace
Washing dishes as needed
Covering breaks for your coworkers
Barista experience a plus
Details: We will require a short working interview as well as a paid stage before hiring. This is an hourly position with the addition of tips.
